Activities
What to do during my stay at the campsite?
Simplicity, back to basics,
nature, change of scenery...
At Willow camp, there will be no swimming pool with plastic slides, large restaurant, advertising umbrellas, etc.
I propose a return to basics, to the essential:
large trees, flower meadows, fruit trees, a vegetable garden, ponds, meadows, woods, walking paths, animals, games for children, a pétanque court, toilets and a dining area.
Certain parts will be maintained with a minimum of human intervention
to promote biodiversity and pollination.
A simply exotic place where to sit down to read a book, draw, meditate, take a walk, enjoy a coffee or tea, observe nature and its actors become your priorities again.
Take a walk ? Or ?
Visit the village of Beauvechain
Three quarters of the territory are devoted to agricultural activities. The north of the town is bordered by the Meerdael forest with its large majestic beech trees . The territory is crossed right through by the Nethen stream. Two tributaries, the Mille, coming from the hamlet to which it lent its name and the Nodebais which crosses the village of the same name, flow into its course at Tourinnes-la-Grosse.
The village of Tourinnes-la-Grosse has one of the oldest churches in Walloon Brabant which dominates the entire valley.
The Saint-Martin celebrations : an artistic event not to be missed! Find the complete program and reserve your places on the site.

Saint-Rémy-Geest : The village is built on the hillside around its church. Most of the houses and farms in the village were built from Gobertange limestone, named after the nearby hamlet.
Mélin : one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia which has this particular charm, this rustic setting, surrounded by a crown of small hills from which immense panoramas unfold.
L'Ecluse : village established along a stream. Walk in the village: SCLÛSE 6.9 km
Nodebais : The village of Nodebais owes its name to the stream that crosses it. This is a tributary of the Dyle. Walk in the village: NODÈBÂY 4.9 km or 6.5 km
Walk in Meerdael Forest and Heverlee Wood
Heverlee Forest, Meerdael Forest and Egenhoven Forest form the largest deciduous forest in Flanders, with an area of 2,050 ha.
The main tree species is the American red oak.
The vegetation of herbaceous plants is very varied: ground ivy, Solomon's seal, false buttercup, arum, wild strawberries, lily of the valley, mayanthemum, ferns and wild germander.
The deer population is the oldest in Flanders. And many species of songbirds and raptors attract birdwatchers.
Toddlers can also fully enjoy this wood thanks to its play areas strewn with ropes, animals carved from trunks, poles to climb, a giant mikado and puzzle trees.
Dogs can run freely in the 6 ha Speelberg area without any problem.
Also discover the mysterious and magical trunk sculptures on the “Pad van Ad”.
